On September 22, 2017, the Director General of KMG-Security LLP T.B. Tokalov, First Deputy Director General M.S. Zhamanbayev took part in the extended meeting of the Presidium of the ASO of the RK, at which the following issues were considered:

1. Association administration’s report on the work performed for the period from September 2016 to September 2017.
2. Association Audit Commission’s report on financial and economic activities of the Administration of the Association for the period from September 2016 to September 2017.
3. Approval of the cost estimates of the administration of the Association of the Security Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018.
4. On amending the Regulations on admission and membership fees.
5. Admission to the membership of the Association.

 Within the framework of the meeting, the Charter of the Association was amended in terms of extension of the powers of the president until the next election meeting.

Moreover, the Administration of the Association made proposal to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken” for adding one more holiday “Security employee day” to the  Government Decree “On professional and other holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan”  which is proposed to be celebrated on October 29.

Also, the meeting mentioned the work carried out by the Association on the implementation of statutory requirements, decisions of previous meetings, strengthening of relations with state bodies and public organizations, including:

• Establishment of public-private partnership in security activities.
• Approval of the standards of professional security activities (the Order of the Chairman of the National Chamber No. 29 dated February 21, 2017).
• Establishment of the supervisory board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Association.
• Approval of Rules of cooperation of law enforcement and special territorial bodies with private security organizations (the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Chairman of the National Security Committee).

In addition, the President of the Association (A. Kalinin) was presented with a certificate confirming that KMG-Security LLP is a privileged member of the ALE “Association of Security Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (with the pre-emptive right to participate in managing the affairs of the association, election to the governing bodies of the Association and the right to be recommended as reliable business partner).
